Cagayan de Oro native Dale Aller Ebcas, now a Special Education/Lead Teacher at Joseph and Olinga Gregory Elementary School in Kalskag, Alaska, has been named one of the finalists for the 2025 Toyota Family Teacher of the Year by the National Center for Families Learning (NCFL). The award honors educators across the United States who promote multigenerational learning and strong family-school partnerships. Winners will be announced at the 2025 Families Learning Conference this November in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Dale is just one among four official finalists as announced by NCFL.
