Three suspects — one caught on video sawing off a railing at the Macanhan Flyover in Carmen, Cagayan de Oro, and his companions — have been arrested by police. They were presented to City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy at City Hall on Thursday afternoon, where the mayor reminded them that the law will be strictly enforced, especially in cases that endanger public safety.
