Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) has unveiled Città Alta, the final piece to the master-planned development, Primavera City located at Pueblo de Oro in Uptown Cagayan de Oro City. To be developed by IDC Prime, upscale Città Alta will have 32 storeys and a roof deck with amenities. It has 6 commercial units at the ground floor, Citadines Hotel will occupy the 2nd to 14th floor and residential units from 15th to 32nd floor. It will be officially launched next year.

As presented, Città Alta offers 254 studio, 36 1-bedroom and 18 2-bedroom units and 6 commercial units. For Citadines, it offers 121 studio units, 22 1-bedroom and 11 2-bedroom units catering to a diverse range of needs.
