The last and final tower of Primavera City called Città Alta is set to be the tallest skyscraper in Cagayan de Oro City when completed. This was stated by Architect Romolo Nati, Chairman and CEO of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), the developer of Primavera City. The 32-storey Città Alta which translates into “high city” will feature biomimicry, adapting the concept of natural ventilation and natural lighting. As a tower, it will become the new landmark in this side of the city. Città Alta is a development of IDC Prime, the premier and green development arm of IDC.
