Singapore-based hospitality chain The Ascott Limited has signed on a property in Cagayan de Oro for its Citadines brand. This was confirmed by The Ascott Limited Philippines Country General Manager Philip Barnes in an interview with BusinessMirror. Italpinas Development Corporation™ (IDC) Chairman and CEO Architect Romolo Nati had earlier disclosed that Citadines will be the final tower of Primavera City.
Citadines is a chain of serviced residences owned by Ascott with several properties worldwide. SOURCE
