Italpinas Development Corporation™ (IDC) has partnered with Ascott Limited to bring the Citadines brand in Cagayan de Oro. This was disclosed by IDC Chairman and CEO Architect Romolo Nati during the Philippine Stock Exchange STAR Investor Day yesterday, August 16. Citadines is a chain of serviced residences owned by Ascott with several properties worldwide. Architect Nati also confirmed the 4.3-hectare commercial and residential development in the city’s Gusa area which we have posted a few days ago.

In the Philippines, Citadines has properties in Metro Manila, Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod (opening October 2023) and Davao (Opening 2025) – SOURCE

It can be recalled that Architect Nati said that Citta Alta, the 32-storey high-rise condotel development which is Phase 4 of its Primavera City project located at Pueblo de Oro will carry a global hotel brand. So, more likely, Citadines will be in the uptown area.
