Cagayan de Oro 2nd District Cong. Rufus Rodriguez recently led the groundbreaking ceremony for the continued construction of the new Balubal Bridge which is part of the 29.5-kilometer Balubal-Indahag Mountain Diversion Road, a major segment of the new diversion road project linking Sayre Highway to Laguindingan Airport via the mountain route. The latest funding for the bridge project (23K00198) has an allocation of P101 million.
Also in attendance during the event were barangay officials led by Brgy Captain Pablo Bactong and DPWH personnel.
