Cong. Rufus Rodriguez and City Vice Mayor Jocelyn Rodriguez recently led the groundbreaking ceremony for the 2-lane 5-kilometer Indahag Section of the Balubal-Indahag Mountain Diversion Road Project. Costing P150 million, the project is funded under Package 14 of Construction of By-pass and Diversion Roads, Cagayan de Oro Diversion Road, (Jct. Balubal Sayre Highway-Pueblo de Oro, CDO Old Airport Road Diversion Road (Pueblo de Oro/Jct. CDO-Old Airport Road) Phase II.
Meanwhile, two more road openings along the route are being funded under General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2023 (Package 15 and 16). Package 11, 12 and 13 are already ongoing.
Just last April 2023, the 60-meter FS Catanico Bridge in Brgy. FS Catanico which is part of the route was inaugurated. See below.
