Check out the latest construction progress of the two-kilometer Manresa Access Road, a vital new link that will soon connect Uptown Cagayan de Oro with Lower Balulang via Manresa Town. Fully funded by Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) as part of its flagship Manresa Town development, the new roadway is expected to significantly improve connectivity and ease traffic between the city’s uptown and downtown areas. Scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027, the access road will be open to all motorists.
Here’s the road alignment. The road’s lower section will wind through the hillside, with a series of curves designed to accommodate the area’s steep and challenging terrain while ensuring safer travel for motorists.
