Dr. Cecilia O. Bucayong of Central Mindanao University in Maramag, Bukidnon, and Dr. Jefferson A. Hora of Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology in Iligan City have advanced to the national finals of the 2026 Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Filipinos under the Award for Teachers – Higher Education category.
