Uptown Condotel, one of the pioneering hotel-condominium developments in Uptown Cagayan de Oro, is currently undergoing a major exterior facelift. Located along Fr. Masterson Avenue at the entrance of Xavier Estates, the 34-unit, three-storey accommodation has been wrapped in scaffolding, particularly along its second and third levels, as renovation works progress. Opened in 2012, the property is receiving a much-needed upgrade to stay competitive amid the rapid rise of new condominium and mixed-use developments transforming the city’s uptown commercial district.
