The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) and the Misamis Occidental provincial government have formalized a partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to accelerate the development and modernization of Ozamiz Airport. Signed on April 30 at the CAAP Central Office in Pasay City by Director General Raul Del Rosario and Governor Henry Oaminal, the agreement outlines joint efforts to expedite site acquisition and implement key infrastructure upgrades, including the construction of a new passenger terminal, runway improvements, and asphalt overlay works.
