The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center said the government awarded a total of 13 PPP projects last year, including two in Cagayan de Oro City—the Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) for the Misamis Oriental Capitol Compound Development Project and the Operation and Management of the Aquilino Q. Pimentel Jr. International Convention Center Project—as part of efforts to address the country’s infrastructure gaps.
The JVA for the Misamis Oriental Capitol Compound Development Project was awarded to A Brown Company, Inc. and signed on January 23, 2025.
