Good news and relief for motorists and travelers—especially logistics firms—as buses and trucks are now allowed temporarily to use the permanent detour road near Overview Park in Palacapao, Quezon, Bukidnon for the holiday rush. While the road is not yet cemented, it has already been compacted and is now passable. Previously, passengers were required to transfer buses due to the collapsed section of the Bukidnon–Davao (BuDa) Road on October 18, 2025. Note that DPWH will again close the said road after the holidays to continue the road works.
