After 20 years of operations, Spruce—the authorized dealer and sub-distributor of Havaianas in Northern and Western Mindanao—has announced it will cease operations effective January 31, 2026. The closure marks the end of the brand’s local retail presence under Spruce, which has long carried the popular Brazilian footwear known for its comfort and casual style.
