With the weather finally improving after several gloomy days brought by a super typhoon, Cagayan de Oro’s Hapsay Sapa Team has resumed clearing operations at the trash rack along Bitan-ag Creek near Maria Reyna Xavier University Hospital. The team once again collected large volumes of garbage washed down from upstream — a clear sign that some residents continue to disregard repeated calls to stop dumping waste into the creek.
