The proposed Masterson Mile North Project by Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDOC) has been issued an Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) by the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB-10). A notice to the public billboard is now installed across the PDOC office in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. With this key development, the project is expected to be officially launched soon. Masterson Mile North will feature five mixed-use high-rise towers, to be constructed in two phases. The development aims to transform the Uptown skyline with iconic bridges connecting the towers, setting a new benchmark in urban design for the area.


The ECC was issued on June 26, 2025.
