A clear perspective of the proposed Masterson Mile North Project by Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation has been revealed. The draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the project is now accessible on the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB-10) website, in preparation for a scheduled public hearing on January 9, 2025. The development will feature five mixed-use high rise towers, constructed in two phases, situated on a 1.2-hectare strip along Masterson Avenue across Shell in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. This project is poised to redefine the area with iconic bridges connecting the towers.

PHASE 1
- Tower A – 24 Floors + 1 Roof Level + 1 Top of Crown
- Tower B – 26 Floors + 1 Roof Level + 1 Top of Crown
PHASE 2
- Tower A – 22 Floors + 1 Roof Level + 1 Top of Crown
- Tower B – 24 Floors + 1 Roof Level + 1 Top of Crown
- Tower C – 26 Floors + 1 Roof Level + 1 Top of Crown

Commercial Area – Ground and 2nd Floor to include Retail Shops, Supermarkets, Restaurants
Parking Area – Three common basement parking levels with a total of 380 parking slots in compliance with the parking requirements of the National Building Code and the local government
