Masterson Mile North, a high-rise condominium project by Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, is set to rise soon along Masterson Avenue in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. This after the 20th City Council of Cagayan de Oro approved its Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) application through City Ordinance No. 2024-515 dated July 22, 2024. The development will feature five residential towers, ranging from 22 to 26 floors, spread over an area of 11,649 square meters, and will offer 1,006 saleable units.
Based on the ordinance, however, the development is still subject to the compliance of the conditions imposed by the City Engineers Office, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), and the City Housing Board.
The PSDP application was reviewed and endorsed by the Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estate and on Laws and Rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.
