Much work remains under Phase 5 of the Divisoria Redevelopment Project in Cagayan de Oro, which forms part of Project Lunhaw. While concrete enclosures have already been installed around the park trees, earthworks are still ongoing. This area—located directly across China Bank—marks the final section of the park redevelopment within Divisoria, apart from the riverside area.
