Città Alta, a 32-storey high-rise mixed-use tower, will be rising soon in Uptown Cagayan de Oro as the final phase of Italpinas Development Corporation’s Primavera City Project located at Pueblo de Oro. To be developed by IDC Prime, upscale Città Alta will be home to the Citadines Serviced Apart’hotel spanning from the 2nd to 14th floors, while residential units will occupy floors 15 to 32. Additionally, the tower will feature six commercial units on the ground floor. Keep posted for the official launch.
