A small lot with a signage that reads “No Dumping of Garbage” located along Yellowbelle Street near St. Ignatius Street in Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City, ironically has become a garbage dumpsite. The signage was put up by the local government unit of the barangay but it seems local residents read it otherwise. Photos were taken last week and as of posting time, the said garbage remains uncollected.
