Fresh from the ground breaking ceremony for its Phase 3 – Citta Grande a couple of weeks ago, Italpinas Development Corporation (ITC) is set to launch soon Phase 4 of its Primavera City project located at Pueblo de Oro in Cagayan de Oro. As per initial info, Citta Alta will be a 32-storey high-rise condotel development. Keep posted.
