Asia Brewery Inc. (ABI) has expanded its manufacturing facility in El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental, with the inauguration of its new Cobra 1,000 Bottles Per Minute (BPM) Production Line, also known as Carbonated Soft Drink Line 4, on Friday, October 16, 2026. Cobra is one of the Philippines’ well-known non-alcoholic energy drink brands. Deputy Speaker Yevgeny “Bambi” Emano and El Salvador City Mayor Edgar Lignes were among the special guests at the inauguration, which highlighted Misamis Oriental’s continuing appeal to investors, supported by its peace and order, stable power and water supply, and harmonious industrial relations.
