The long-delayed construction of KCC Mall of Iligan may soon move forward following the recent conduct of a relocation survey at the prime property along Mariano Badelles Sr. Street. The survey is a key preparatory activity to establish the project’s boundaries ahead of construction, while heavy equipment has also been observed onsite, signaling renewed activity at the development site. The proposed mall will feature three floors with a gross floor area of 128,282.90 square meters, along with a five-level parking building. KCC Mall of Iligan broke ground in 2024, but the site had remained inactive until the recent developments.
