Executives of KCC Malls along with Iligan City Mayor Frederick Siao led the formal groundbreaking ceremony today, September 23, for the KCC Mall of Iligan. Located at a 7-hectare property along Mariano Badelles Sr. Street, the upcoming three-level mall will have a gross floor area of 142,606.27 sqm and will also feature a 5-level parking building. With a project cost of P1.1 billion, this will be the 5th KCC Mall in Mindanao, after Koronadal, General Santos, Zamboanga and the under construction Cotabato branch. Construction is set to start in early 2025.
