As presented, it will be a 3-storey mall with a gross floor area of 128,282.90 sqm with a 5-level parking building. Located along a prime property along Mariano Badelles Sr Street, the shopping mall is targeted to be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2025. Project cost amount to P1.158 billion.
