Pile works are now underway for the rumored Gaisano Condotel along Julio Pacana Street in Licoan, Cagayan de Oro City. While no official announcement has been made, sources at the site said the development will be a high-rise building with a supermarket on the ground floor, connected to the main mall and the ongoing expansion at the rear of Gaisano City.
