The Cagayan de Oro City Council, during its 42nd Regular Session on June 29, 2026, approved an ordinance endorsing the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan for the Southridge Business Park development in Barangay Lumbia. The 9.4-hectare project, comprising 24 lots, forms part of the larger 31-hectare master-planned township being developed by Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation along the Pueblo de Oro–Laguindingan Mountain Diversion Road, marking another major step in the area’s urban and commercial development.
