McDonald’s is set to expand its presence in Misamis Oriental with another upcoming branch in Alubijid town, as confirmed by Mayor Emmanuel L. Jamis during the town’s Monday Convocation today, June 22. The mayor said the new fast-food outlet is expected to create more employment opportunities for local residents. The Alubijid branch will be the fourth upcoming McDonald’s location in the province, following confirmed branches in Tagoloan, Villanueva, and Balingasag, further reflecting the continued growth of business investments in Misamis Oriental.
Although details have yet to be confirmed, the new branch is expected to be situated along the highway, the main route connecting Laguindingan Airport and Cagayan de Oro.
