When was the first time you visited Ultra Winds Resort? Back in 2012, the hilltop destination in Pualas, Baungon, Bukidnon was still in its early stages of development and was known as Charley’s Peak. At that time, it only featured a restaurant and a view deck, offering visitors a breathtaking overlooking view of the then-unfinished CDO International Convention Center.
