Construction of SM City Iligan located in Sto. Rosario, Iligan City is steadily progressing, with structural works for the ground and second levels ongoing and concrete casting for the second level currently in focus. Three tower cranes are now operating on the 5.3-hectare site along Bonifacio Avenue to support heavy lifting activities. Once completed, the ₱1.35-billion, three-level mall will have a gross floor area of over 102,000 square meters and will feature an SM Store, SM Supermarket, cinemas, retail shops, a food court, a trade hall, an indoor garden, and a dedicated transportation terminal.
