Cagayan de Oro’s Canino ties for lead after 11 rounds in National Women’s Chess Championship

Cagayan de Oro’s Woman International Master Ruelle Canino is tied for the lead after 11 rounds of the ongoing Philippine National Women’s Chess Championship – The Battle of the Women’s Masters at the Auditorium Hall of Malolos City Hall in Bulacan, scoring 8.5 points on seven wins, three draws, and one loss to share the top spot with Woman Grandmaster Janelle Mae Frayna, with only four rounds remaining in the tournament.
