A Brown Co., Inc. has unveiled plans to build a new corporate office within its Uptown Metropolis development, the 9.13-hectare mixed-use estate rising along South Diversion Road in Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City. The upcoming project was revealed during the company’s 2025 Annual Sales Awarding at the Xavier Sports and Country Club on February 6, where conceptual perspectives of the future building were presented to guests.
