At least ten (10) vehicles parked near the spillway in Can-ayan, Malaybalay City were found with flat tires after their valve caps were reportedly stolen. The owners had been spending the weekend at the area, a well-known tourist destination. Some speculate that the vehicles may have been deliberately tampered with, possibly by locals, amid the recent rise in visitor traffic to the site. Photos by Evann Tan.
