Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Regional Office 10, in coordination with the Police Regional Office 10 (PRO10), seized ₱115.6 million worth of suspected shabu and arrested two individuals during a buy-bust operation in NHA Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City, at around 10:35 a.m. on November 4, 2025. The suspects were identified as “RL,” 19, of Barangay Kauswagan, and “JM,” 36, of Barangay Tablon. Confiscated from them were approximately 17 kilograms of shabu, a brown duffle bag, along with boodle money and two cellphones. Both suspects will be charged with violations of Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
