As Typhoon Tino swept across the Visayas, several cargo and RoRo vessels sought safe harbor in Panguil Bay to avoid rough seas and strong winds. According to reports, more than thirty ships were seen anchored within the bay, taking precautionary measures as maritime authorities advised vessels to remain in port until weather conditions improve.
