The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) has approved ₱100 million in funding for the Opol Boardwalk Upgrading Project in Opol, Misamis Oriental, as announced by Mayor Jay Bago. TIEZA has given the local government 30 days to submit the project’s Detailed Engineering Design (DED) and the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) from the DENR.
