Following the opening of CerraTera, another indoor-style food park is set to rise soon at Pueblo Business Park in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. While its name has yet to be revealed, the upcoming development is located along Regatta Boulevard, right across St. Francis Xavier Parish Church. The site is now fenced off, with construction expected to begin soon. The shift toward an indoor food park concept may be influenced by the city’s unpredictable weather, which often affects the operations of outdoor-style food parks.
