Two students from the Philippine Science High School – Central Mindanao Campus (PSHS-CMC) in Balo-i, Lanao del Norte, and one from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan Senior High School (XUSHS) emerged as among the Top 10 passers of the 2025 Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Entrance Examination. Gwen Kyla P. Phalashol and Zeus A. Estrera of PSHS-CMC placed 2nd and 5th, respectively, while James Kieffer B. Taglinao of XUSHS ranked 7th among 1,436 passers out of more than 24,000 examinees nationwide. All passers will now proceed to the comprehensive screening phase from October 2025 to April 2026, which includes a Complete Physical Examination, Medical Assessment, and Neuropsychiatric Evaluation. Only those who meet the academy’s rigorous standards will earn the honor of joining the Long Gray Line in May 2026.
