SM City Iligan is on track to open by the fourth quarter of 2027. This was confirmed after a recent meeting between City Mayor Freddie Siao, SM Prime Holdings executives, and their general contractor, Dahn Berger. According to the update, pile driving works are 20% complete. A total 1,775 piles are to be installed for the foundation. The ₱1.35-billion mall project, located in Barangay Sto. Rosario along Bonifacio Avenue–Isabel Romero Street, will feature a three-level complex with a roof deck. It will include The SM Store, SM Supermarket, Cyberzone, cinemas, a food court, indoor garden, trade hall, wellness centers, and a roof deck transport terminal.
