A new indoor basketball hub is set to rise in Cagayan de Oro City. Planned for Paseo del Rio, the Zealep Riverside Sports Facility is envisioned as a vibrant space promoting energy, discipline, and community. Designed by WTA Architecture and Design Studio, the proposed structure will feature a 1,837.10-sqm floor area on a 2,021-sqm lot. Concept renderings of the facility have been released, though construction timelines have yet to be announced.
Other concepts include an outdoor type sports facility.
