Construction of the proposed Gaisano Villanueva in Barangay Katipunan, Villanueva, Misamis Oriental is set to begin soon, with reported deliveries of materials for workers’ barracks and field office already observed at the site. Situated near the Coca-Cola Misamis Oriental Plant, the development is poised to become the municipality’s largest retail store once completed.
