The improvement and construction of the center island along the Panguil Bay Access Road (Tubod side) in Lanao del Norte is now in progress, while work on the rotunda is set to begin soon. These projects under the approved budgets for Package 3 (₱24.125 million) and Package 4 (₱48.25 million) aim to enhance the intersection in anticipation of significantly heavier traffic flow.
