About a month after Cagayan de Oro’s Hapsay Sapa Team cleared the trash rack along Bitan-ag Creek in Barangay 36, beside Maria Reyna Xavier University Hospital, the team once again removed large amounts of garbage that had washed down from upstream—showing that some residents continue to dump their waste into the creek.
