Some things never change. A group of high school students was recently seen gathering along Del Pilar Street in downtown Cagayan de Oro to watch two of their schoolmates fight. Such scenes often occur when students choose to settle their differences outside school grounds. But unlike before, when only bruises told the story, students today have cellphones to record every moment. Watch this video by Tata Sylvestre.
