The signage is up, and construction is now in its final stages for Seattle’s Best Coffee, soon to open in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. Conveniently located along Masterson Avenue, right next to KFC Uptown Drive-Thru, the city’s newest coffee destination is rumored to open sometime next week.
