The 5-storey Hotel 2 Building with a roof deck at Chali Resort & Conference Center is now progressing to the 5th floor. Located in Cugman, Cagayan de Oro City, the expansion aims to meet the rising demand for accommodations in the area.
As seen in the photo, the ground floor canopy is now visible.
Meanwhile, interior work is underway in the hotel rooms.
The 5th floor remains covered as construction activities are ongoing.
Once completed, Chali will now offer over 100 guest rooms.
