A newborn baby boy was discovered abandoned inside St. Augustine Cathedral in Cagayan de Oro City on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 17. According to reports, the infant was found placed inside an eco-bag. He is now under the care of the City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) office.
