Allen Arc V. Megreño, a 4th Year AB International Studies student from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, successfully completed the prestigious 2025 American Chamber Business Leadership Program (AmCham BLP), emerging as part of the national champion team in the highly anticipated AmCham Business Pitch Competition. Congratulations!

Selected from a competitive pool of applicants nationwide, Megreño was one of only 30 student leaders chosen to undergo the intensive two-week program. The AmCham BLP, organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, is designed to nurture the next generation of business leaders through rigorous training, industry exposure, and personalized mentorship.

Megreño’s team—which included Juan Alexandros dela Banda (University of the Philippines Los Baños), Jerry Daan III (MSU-IIT), Oliver Santos (University of Makati), Jade del Rosario (University of San Carlos), and Sittie Naidah Ibrahim (MSU-Marawi)—stood out among teams from top universities across the country to clinch the top prize in the Business Pitch Competition.
The program featured a hybrid format, with virtual sessions held from May 26 to 30, 2025, and on-site activities conducted in Makati City from June 1 to 8, 2025.

Megreño proudly shared his experience as both transformative and empowering, reflecting Xavier University’s commitment to academic excellence and leadership development on the national stage.
